Imperial Treasure (Cantonese Cuisine)

I think Imperial Treasure beats Crystal Jade hands down. The dimsum is more exquisite and delicate and the dishes are more interesting and unique.

My parents, siblings and I met up at Imperial Treasure (Great World City) for a quick dim sum lunch.

Scallop and Chive dumplings. I think they must have been good, as they disappeared quite quickly.

Deep fried pork intestines. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. One doesn't get to eat this anymore. Porky smell though. To those of us that seldom eat pork.
chicken mushroom pie. It's made with flakey pastry, which is light and a little sweet.

Roast goose with noodle soup. The noodle was smooth and slippery and pretty tasty.

The roast goose was a tad on the salty side, but quite delectable.

The rice in lotus leaf was tasty and soft. It had some meat, scallop, and salted egg yolk.

No room for dessert! Dim sum is quite affordable, so it cost only SGD85 for 5 of us. If we had gone for the live fish and prawns (swimming in tanks as you enter), I think it would be a lot more expensive.
